Infrastructure
Sri Sathya Sai's Vision Objectives Management Infrastructure
A plot of land measuring 6,040 sq. meters has been leased out to the Sri Sathya Sai International Trust. The license agreement between the Trust and the Government of India was signed on 20th March 1995. Buildings were built by the Trust, and the Prime Minister of India inaugurated the complex on 12th March 1999.
Facilities Available
Facilities available for variety of functions are:
1. Auditorium : Capacity 668 persons                           Top
2. Lower Hall : Capacity 700 persons
3. Conference Rooms : Capacity 40 persons

Auditorium
a) The Auditorium is designed to hold all kinds of cultural events, seminars, workshops, conferences and plays etc.
b) A stage 36'-3" in length and 23'-3" width provided.
c) Two Green Rooms with attached toilets have been provided on each side of the stage.
d) The Hall is centrally air-conditioned.
e) Toilets have been provided for, two on the ground floor and two on the balcony level.
f) Snack Bar counter is there on the ground floor as well as on the first floor.
g) Sufficient parking space is available both inside and outside the premises as shown in the sketch.
h) Wall to wall carpeting.
i) Three entrances are available to the building.

Sound
a) State-of-the-art Bose sound system.
b) CD player and Cassette player of Dennon.
c) Mickie Mixer 1604 VLZ available with 16 microphone inputs.
Lights                                                                                                                  Top
a) Hall lightening is controlled through dimmers with combination of halogen PAR, comptulux and tubelight fixtures.
b) Dimmer Panels DIM-12 (3 Nos.) provided with remote control facility in the console room.
c) A combination of floodlights, Plano convex, profiles and Fresnel spotlights of various wattage available along with cyclorama wide-angle flood lights.
d) Wide variety of accessories like telescopic stands, lighting bars, lighting ladders grids with facilities of many additional lights as per specific requirements are also available.
e) 100% power backup in the form of 200KVA stand by Generator.
f) All kind of electrical load requirements can be taken care of through the HT connection available in the premises.
Stage Facilities
a) Electrically operated uplift main curtain.
b) Cyclorama screen with facility to roll it up provided in the rear of the stage.
c) State of the art stage center panel installed with remote control facility in the stage console room.
d) Set bars are available on stage for varied stage requirements.
e) Well designed wooden stage floor supported by MS Resistoflex jacks.
Lower Hall                                                                                                           Top
Hall on Lower G.F. is designed to be used for holding conferences, art exhibitions, workshop, children shows, seminars, bhajan, shoke sabhas and other religious activities.
1. The hall is centrally air-conditioned.
2. The hall has capacity to accommodate 700 persons.
3. Sufficient general lighting provided in hall with a combination of halogen, computer and tube light fixtures etc.
Conference Room
Two rooms on first floor are designed to hold small conferences, seminars and business meetings and workshops etc.
1. The rooms are air-conditioned.
2. Each room has a separate entrance with attached toilet.
3. Elevator having a capacity of 6 persons provided by easy access to the rooms.

Note :
1. AC Charges @ Rs.1000/- per hour additional, when used.
2. 5% Service tax will be additional.

1. For using of Auditorium beyond permissible hour Rs.3000 per hour
2. Charges for additional microphones over and above six Dynamic microphones provided Rs. 250 per microphone
3. Charges for Concenser microphone Rs.500
4. Charges for retaining Auditorium during morning hours when booking is for two or more consecutive days Rs.2000 per day (no services/facility will be provided Rs.1000)
5. Video film reducing charges per show (for space and power only) Rs.1000
Charges for other Areas
1. Snack Bar/Foyer/Open Space outside entrance (each) Rs.2000
2. Lawn (for Lunch/Dinner/Tea etc.) Rs.10,000
3. Cooking Space (for minor Cooking only) Rs.4000

1. All charges are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Charges for show and rehearsal include service such as lights, sound system and use of green rooms.
3. The timings indicated above are all inclusive from entry to complete vacation of the Auditorium, stage, green rooms etc.
4. No non-vegetarian food items and alcoholic drinks are permitted in the premises of the Sai Centre. The entire centre is Non-Smoking Zone except the Car Park.
5. The area used must be left clean failing which a charge of Rs1000/- will be made in addition to other charges.
Cancellation and Postponement Charges
The following percentage of show, rehearsal and setup charges (as requested for at the time of booking) shall be levied in case of cancellation/postponement.
1. 1 month before the Show 10%
2. 15 days before the show/event and up to 29 days 25%
3. 7 days before the show/event and up to 15 days 50%
4. Less than 7 days before the show 75%
