The Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust has decided that the International Centre and School for study and research in human values should be located in New Delhi.

Sri Sathya Sai has enunciated the following Mission Statement:

"The birth and growth of the Sai International Centre at Delhi marks a vital step in the Divine Sankalpa (Will) that will gradually but firmly unfold in the years to come. It is destined to serve as a role model for promoting and propagating peace, morality and unity among mankind by reaching out Bhagwan Baba's message of love and truth to all corners of the globe."
